OnParGolf is a golf tournament management platform that provides tools for managing tournaments, members, registrations, scoring, and related activities. The Platform is provided free of charge to users.

User Accounts

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

Member Data

If you are an organization administrator, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to store and process member information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Payment processing for tournament registrations and other transactions is handled by third-party payment processors. By using these features, you agree to comply with the payment processor's terms of service.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by OnParGolf and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONPARGOLF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnParGolf from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms
